des77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and des77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the des77 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively "the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or making any use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. To register and use the des77 Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. des77 does not permit use by any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of any employee or officer of des77 or its affiliated companies.

des77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the des77 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, bKash numbers, or payment details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. des77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately. Accounts found to have been shared or transferred to another person will be suspended.

• Account information must be kept accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal details change (for example, your phone number or payment method), you must update your account promptly.
• des77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide documents as requested within the specified deadline.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more may be subject to an inactivity review. des77 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before taking any action on an inactive account.

All financial transactions on the des77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with payment processing requirements.
• des77 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• des77 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud prevention checks, or the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed on hold.

des77 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, deposit match bonuses, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of des77 and are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a general bonus term and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, per payment method, or per device. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
• des77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing valid wagering requirements in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the des77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sportsbook market, or bonus claim process.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to fix outcomes in poker, card games, or any game where the actions of multiple players affect the result.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or deliberately structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be awarded under normal game operation.

des77 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take all appropriate action without prior notice. Investigations may involve cooperation with payment processors, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.

des77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. des77 provides tools including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings and may be activated immediately at your request. des77 does not charge any fee to activate responsible gaming tools.

A self-exclusion request will be processed promptly and once activated cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. des77 will take reasonable steps to identify and close accounts opened by self-excluded players. All content on the des77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of des77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of des77. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's content may give rise to a claim for damages and could be a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, des77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if des77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of des77 to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude des77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

des77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, des77 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players by email or in-account notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
